Closet Full of Stars

Most people think that my favorite color is pink.  Those people would be wrong.  It’s Black.  However, give me a star print on ANYTHING and all bets are off.  Stars on shirts, sweaters, earrings, sunnies, shoes, purses…I love it and I’ll take it all!  There’s something about it that can make any outfit more youthful, fun, eclectic and less stuffy.  This year, there was no shortage of star print at the stores and online.  Here are some of my favorite looks and playlist to go with it (Click here for PL) (I seriously have a playlist for everything lol)
I love this dress from asos! It’s big tummy friendly, not binding and gives a little stretch. I’m in between sizes (14/16) but the 14 fit me great and didn’t need to take it in anywhere. I also found a cute velvety bow at forever 21 to give a little bit of an 80’s dynasty feel, paired with my blue Manolos and earrings, I wore smaller emerald cut CZ’s I found at Target. I never go big with the fake rocks- unless you’re JLo, everyone knows they’re fake so keep them guessing with a smaller size 🤔

This dress I purchased from Premme.  The top was a little big on me so I had to get it taken in but other than that, the fit is great (I went with the 16)!! It’s fun, dressy but no over the top.  The side slits go up a little higher than I originally thought but nothing crazy, just high enough to keep it sexy and not scandalous lol.  I paired this dress with good old trusty ysl’s and this AMAZING duster I also purchased from Premme.  My usual size was sold out but thankfully the duster runs a little large and was able to fit into their smaller size.

Unfortunately this body suit sold out rather quickly on asos but there is a similar one by Good American.  I pair it with this asos tulle and pearl skirt, classic Louboutins, patent leather Prada bag and Alexis Bittar earrings. These earrings I bought last year at Nordstrom Rack for $0.01. Yes, ONE penny!! (These are usually $200 earrings) That wasn’t the first time I ended up with something for a penny either.  It has only happened to me with the stuff that are on clearance. So, if there’s something on clearance that you think is still on the expensive side, just take it up to the cashier with your other purchases and do a price check. You never know.
